Holistic Nutrition & Hatha Yoga together will help you to achieve an improved level of energy and health. This program focuses on cleansing your body and mind through healthy eating, healthy movement and breathing techniques. When we are able to support our organs of elimination through diet and yoga, our body is able to naturally cleanse itself, giving way to increased energy and a feeling of well being.
Each session will begin with 45 minutes of informative nutritional information. This will be followed by a one hour yoga session to integrate the learning and to support your body in it’s healing. Before you leave, take a moment to enjoy a healthy snack with like-minded friends.
By the end of 6 weeks you will know:
- Which foods give you more energy and which foods sap your energy
- Which foods affect your moods and how we can detox through diet
- Learn how to manage emotions through yoga and the breath
- What it’s like to feel stronger, more flexible and more aware of what your body needs
- Which food and yoga poses are right for your body
