Protein Packed Vegan Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3/4 – 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond, cashew, or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp brown rice protein powder or vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax oil optional

Directions:

With a hand blender or in a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.  Enjoy!
