Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 3/4 – 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond, cashew, or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2-3 tbsp brown rice protein powder or vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax oil optional
Directions:
With a hand blender or in a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
